After you reserve the Main Lodge or the Rockhouse Cottage, we will email you paperwork to fill out and return with your payment.

Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less a $200 cancellation fee. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit 50% (or at least $200) of the sums paid. There will be no refund within 30 days or less of arrival, no exceptions.

Security Deposit - $100 - $200 security deposits are refunded after the first of the following month given proper care of our home, property, and rules. Cleaning Fee - $100 - $200 cleaning fee is to ensure our home is properly cleaned for your visit.

We are off grid so there is not any cell phone or internet service. Occasionally, Verizon will receive text messages in the Main Lodge. The closest cell service is 15 minutes toward town.

The Main Lodge and the Cottage do not have phone service. If you would like family members to be able to contact you for emergencies, we will give you our contact information.

In November thru April, it is possible to rent the Main Lodge per room. Cost is $110/room, cleaning fee will vary depending on the number of guests/rooms needed. You will still enjoy the Lodge exclusively.

Absolutely, let us know if you would like a cleaning for extended stays, prices will vary depending on your needs.

Both houses have propane BBQ grills. The Main Lodge also has a fire pit with a grill for open flame BBQing

We are 30 minutes from town and the nearest grocery store. We provide a list of items needed to enjoy you stay errand free.
